Construction Logic and Practical Exploration of Regional Standards System for Intellectual Property Services—Taking the Intellectual Property Service Standards System of Bao'an District in Shenzhen as an Example

Abstract
In the context of the in-depth promotion of the innovation-driven development strategy,intellectual property(IP)services have become a key lever for supporting regional innovation-driven development and enhancing the effectiveness of IP governance.To fully leverage this supporting role,it is urgent to establish a standards system for IP services,utilizing standardization to improve the quality and efficiency of regional public IP services.Taking Bao'an District in Shenzhen as an example,this paper systematically sorts out the current development status of IP standardization at home and abroad.It conducts an in-depth study on the construction principles,basis,and core content of the IP service standards system in Bao'an District.The paper establishes the IP service standards system in Bao'an District,and clarifies the scope of each subsystem.The findings of this study can accumulate valuable experience and provide practical references for administrative authorities in promoting the standardization of regional IP services.关键词
