Research Progress on the Preparation Process and Key Purification Technologies of High-Purity Silicon Micropowder

Abstract
Silica micropowder is an important functional filler for electronic packaging and advanced composite materials.This paper outlines the technological routes for preparing high-purity silica micropowder from natural quartz,focusing on physical purification,chemical deep purification,as well as spheroidization and surface modification technologies,and prospects for green purification and process quality control are discussed.关键词
