"一带一路"走出去开发饰面石材矿的经验探讨
Discussion on the Experience of Developing Decorative Stone Minerals by Going out of the Belt and Road--Take the Namibian Stone Project as an Example

Abstract
Under the impetus of the Belt and Road Initiative,Chinese non-metallic mineral enterprises have accelerated their pace of going global and actively participated in global resource allocation.However,current research mainly focuses on metallic minerals,while systematic exploration and development of high-end non-metallic minerals such as decorative stones in overseas regions remain relatively weak.This paper takes the decorative marble and gabbro project carried out by Jiangxi Geological Bureau in Namibia as an example to systematically summarize over a decade of practical experience in overseas non-metallic mineral exploration and development.It proposes six principles for overseas mineral exploration:"friendly relations,stable political situation,priority in transportation,color pattern orientation,resource guarantee,and controllable environment",and constructs a mineral exploration preference model of"color pattern priority,elimination of suspicion,three large and one small(large resource volume,large block size of raw material,high raw material rate,and small stripping ratio)".This Provides practical paths and theoretical references for subsequent Chinese mining enterprises to carry out stone resource exploration and development in Africa.关键词
