马铃薯C4H、C3H、F5H基因的全基因组鉴定及表达模式分析
Genome-wide Identification and Expression Pattern Analysis of C4H,C3H and F5H Genes in Potato

Abstract
Potato is one of the world's four major food crops.Its rich nutrition and numerous uses have led to its wide cultivation.Cinnamic acid 4-hydroxylase(C4H),p-coumarate 3-hydroxylase(C3H),and ferulic 5-hydroxylase(F5H)are enzymes that catalyze the catalysis of phenylpropanoid compound pathway and are also key rate-limiting enzymes in plant lignin synthesis.In this study,using the potato'Atlantic'as the material,a total of five C4H,six C3H,and four F5H genes were identified,and systematic development,gene structure,species collinearity,cis-regulatory elements and interaction protein prediction analyses were conducted.Additionally,the expression patterns of these genes in tissue specificity and in response to abiotic stresses(high temperature,low temperature,drought and salt)and hormone treatments(indole-3-acetic acid,gibberellin and abscisic acid)were analyzed using transcriptome data and qRT-PCR.The results showed that these genes showed certain conservation in gene structure and evolutionary relationships.Syntenic analysis indicated higher homology with Solanaceae species.Analysis of cis-regulatory elements found that these genes responded significantly to abiotic stresses.The expression pattern analyses under abiotic stress using qRT-PCR demonstrated that these genes had significant responses to multiple stresses.These conclusions provide important implications for further research on the biological roles of StC4Hs,StC3Hs and StF5Hs genes in potato's growth under adverse conditions.关键词
