十一种杀菌剂对马铃薯晚疫病菌的室内毒力测定

Abstract
Eleven fungicides,including 40%pyraclostrobin·fluopicolide SC,30%famoxadone WG,60.6%oxathiapiprolin·mancozeb WG,36%fluopicolide·dimethomorph SC,30%fluopicolide·metalaxyl-M SC,52.5%famoxadone·cymoxanil WG,500 g/L fluopyram·pyrimethanil SC,23.4%mandipropamid SC,60%pyraclostrobin·metiram WG,72%cymoxanil·mancozeb WP and 43%fluopyram·trifloxystrobin SC,were selected for in vitro toxicity determination tests,in order to obtain highly effective agents for the prevention and control of potato late blight.All 11 fungicides had strong inhibitory effects on Phytophthora infestans.Among them,the fungicide with the strongest inhibitory effect was 23.4%mandipropamid SC,with an EC50 of 0.011 µg/mL;followed by 60.6%oxathiapiprolin·mancozeb WG,with an EC50 of 0.064 µg/mL.The two fungicides with the best inhibitory effects,23.4%mandipropamid SC and 60.6%oxathiapiprolin·mancozeb WG,were selected for the determination of in vitro control efficacy.The lesion diameters on the leaves treated with 23.4%mandipropamid SC and 60.6%oxathiapiprolin·mancozeb WG were highly significantly smaller than those in the control group,suggesting that 23.4%mandipropamid SC and 60.6%oxathiapiprolin·mancozeb WG have good inhibitory effects on potato late blight.关键词
