Leading the healthy development of the 15th Five-Year Plan with a transformation in the mode of development
摘要
Abstract
The 15th Five-Year Plan period is a crucial stage for China to basically realize socialist mod-ernization,as well as the final five years for implementing the Healthy China 2030 blueprint.Confronted with the dual historic tasks of advancing socialist modernization and building a Healthy China,healthcare development dur-ing the 15 th Five-Year Plan period should be based on fulfilling the goals set in the Healthy China 2030 blueprint.With health and wellness as the central focus,and the transformation of healthcare approaches as the theme for es-tablishing a healthy nation compatible with socialist modernization,efforts will focus on fully implementing tiered diagnosis and treatment to promote structural reforms,clarify the responsibilities of all stakeholders,and foster a sound pattern of healthy interaction,mutual promotion,and shared achievement between health and economic and social development.关键词
