农村居民采纳数字医疗服务的关键影响因素及其作用路径研究
Key influencing factors and action paths of digital health services adopted by rural residents
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the key influencing factors of rural residents' adoption of digital health services,to reveal the hierarchical relationship and action paths among these factors,and to provide countermeas-ures and suggestions for addressing the challenges in promoting rural digital health services.Methods Based on the MOA theory,the influencing factor system was constructed.The DEMATEL method was used to identify the key influencing factors,and,in combination with the ISM method,to clarify the hierarchical relationship and ac-tion paths of the influencing factors.Results Through the identification of key influencing factors and the division of hierarchical structure,two key paths were obtained.One was the path of digital infrastructure and social impact driven by public organizations,and the other was the ability adaptation path driven by the characteristics of popula-tion economics.Conclusions Based on the theoretical framework of MOA and the hierarchical relationship among influencing factors,this paper proposes a multi-agent collaborative implementation of behavioral intervention and safeguard measures for rural residents to adopt digital health services.关键词
