西北地区农村老年人适应性公共养老服务优化路径研究
Research on the optimization paths for adaptive public elderly care services in rural area northwestern China

Abstract
Objective To explore the multilevel health needs of rural older adults and to propose optimi-zation paths for adaptive public elderly care services.Methods Fifteen older adults from Sanqu Village,Xian-yang City,Shaanxi Province,were selected for semi-structured interviews on health needs from July to November 2024,and the interview texts were coded and analyzed based on grounded theory.Results A total of 87 initial concepts,21 subcategories,10 main categories and 4 core categories were extracted.The health needs of rural ol-der adults could be categorized into four levels:survival needs,security needs,emotional needs,and developmen-tal needs,all of which interacted and were dynamically interconnected.Conclusions As a crucial institutional supplement,public elderly care services can narrow the service gap caused by declining family support.Guided by actual needs,innovative services should be developed in medical-elderly care accessibility,life support adaptabili-ty,social participation coordination,and digital application literacy.This integrated approach facilitates a shift from fragmented to precise rural public services.关键词
