农村宅基地退出研究的热点分析与未来展望
Hotspots analysis and future prospects of rural homestead withdrawal research:Based on a bibliometric quantitative analysis

Abstract
This study aims to systematically sort out the research context,hot topics and evolution trends in the field of rural homestead withdrawal,and reveal its development laws and evolution directions.Based on the CSSCI,El,Peking University Core,and CSCD journal databases indexed in the CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)database,this study focuses on rural homestead withdrawal related fields published between 2009 and 2024.Taking 476 journal articles as the research sample,CiteSpace bibliometric analysis and knowledge mapping techniques were employed to systematically examine publication trends,core authors and institutions,keyword co-occurrence and clustering patterns,and the evolution of burst terms,the research trajectory,major research hotspots.The evolutionary trends in this field were also systematic analyzed.The results indicated that:1)Since 2015,research on rural homestead withdrawal has continued to gain momentum,gradually forming a diversified research landscape centered on keywords such as withdrawal willingness,welfare effects,institutional innovation,separation of three rights and rural revitalization with increasingly rich content and deepening themes.2)Research teams remain relatively fragmented,with limited cross-regional collaboration,while methodological approaches are evolving from conceptual analysis toward empirical investigation and model-based analysis.3)Current studies still lack systematic exploration of the drivers,implementation pathways,and policy outcomes of homestead withdrawal,with dynamic evaluation of household welfare and regional comparative research remaining underdeveloped.Looking ahead,future research should further explore the construction of an integrated"withdrawal-reconstruction"mechanism,the optimization of region-specific withdrawal pathways,the behavioral logic of rural households,and the application of digital governance tools,so as to better support rural revitalization and urban-rural integration,and provide a robust theoretical foundation and practical reference for policy and institutional improvement in the homestead withdrawal system.关键词
