摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technologies,fisheries production is gradually shifting from experience-based practices to data-driven management and decision-making.This study systematically reviews the evolution of fisheries development in China from informatization to digitalization and further to intelligentization,and summarizes the stage-wise characteristics from information acquisition to data integration and intelligent decision-making.Based on this analysis,a three-layer framework,namely"data-research-intelligence,"was proposed to integrate data acquisition,model analysis,and production application.In addition,a collaborative mechanism involving the data chain,management chain,and production chain was developed to form a closed-loop pathway from data generation to decision implementation.The proposed framework enables the transformation of fragmented data into actionable information for production regulation and risk warning,while continuous feedback supports dynamic optimization.Applications in aquaculture,capture fisheries,and processing indicate that data-driven approaches can improve production efficiency,reduce resource consumption,and enhance system stability.Moreover,incorporation of continuous learning mechanisms allows the system to iteratively refine decision-making processes.This framework provides a systematic approach for advancing fisheries from isolated technological applications to integrated system construction,offering practical insights for promoting the transformation of fisheries production and improving industrial development.Future work should focus on enhancing data sharing,model adaptability,and system robustness.
