摘要

Abstract

To investigate the effects of Astragalus Polysaccharides on production performance,serum immune parameters,and egg quality of laying hens.Select 400 Roman Pink laying hens,approximately 62 weeks of age and with similar laying rates,randomly assigned to 5 groups,each consisting of 4 replicates with 20 Roman Pink laying hens per replicate.Laying hens in each group were fed basal diet+0 mg/kg(T0 group,control),60 mg/kg(T1 group),120 mg/kg(T2 group),180 mg/kg(T3 group),or 240 mg/kg(T4 group)of Astragalus polysaccharides.The trial lasted for 8 weeks.Results:(1)Compared with T0 group,T3 and T4 groups exhibited a significantly higher laying rate(P<0.05),and a significantly lower feed-to-egg ratio(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed between T3 and T4 groups for any parameters(P>0.05).(2)The IgA content in T3 and T4 groups was significantly higher than T0,T1,and T2 groups(P<0.05).The IgG content in T2,T3,and T4 groups was significantly higher than T0 group(P<0.05).The TNF-α content in T4 group was significantly lower than T0,T1,T2,and T3 groups(P<0.05).(3)No significant differences were observed in egg quality parameters among all groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with Astragalus polysaccharides can improve production performance,enhance immune function in laying hens.Under the conditions of this experiment,the recommended supplemental level of Astragalus polysaccharides is 180 mg/kg.
