Abstract
With the continuous development of the breeding industry,the quality requirements for the feed sector are constantly rising,increasing the cost pressure on feed enterprises.To achieve quality improvement and efficiency enhancement,feed enterprises should focus on the digital and intelligent transformation of human resource management to meet the new demands of the feed industry in the new era.Based on the current development status of feed enterprises,this paper explores the fundamental understanding and value positioning of human resource digital and intelligent transformation,proposes effective strategies for quality improvement and efficiency enhancement,and studies risk prevention and implementation effectiveness,aiming to provide more references for feed enterprises.关键词
