硒对氧化脂质生物合成的调节及其机理
The regulation of selenium on oxylipids biosynthesis and its mechanism
摘要
Abstract
Dysfunctional inflammatory response is usually manifested as delayed or failed inflammation resolution,and then develops into chronic inflammation of low degree,which is the pathological cause of many infectious and metabolic diseases.Selenium is an essential nutrient in the mammalian diet that performs various biological functions including antioxidant,anti-inflammation,antiviral and reproductive regulation mainly in the form of selenoprotein.Selenium can affect the biosynthesis of oxylipins.Oxylipins are a class of bioactive lipids generated from polyunsaturated fatty acids through enzymatic(cyclooxygenase,lipoxygenase,cytochrome P450)and non-enzymatic(reactive oxygen species)metabolic pathways.They play an important role in the initiation,development and regression of inflammation.Understanding the regulation of selenium on the biosynthesis of oxylipins with pro-or anti-inflammatory role is very important to clarify the anti-inflammatory mechanism of selenium.Therefore,this review described in detail the regulation of selenium on oxylipins biosynthesis in three pathways:antioxidant-dependent regulation,redox regulation and feedback regulation.关键词
