Biological activities of plant extracts and their application in poultry production
摘要
Abstract
As a plant-derived additive,plant extracts have the characteristics of being green,natural,residue-free,and non-drug-resistant,and have become a research hotspot in the field of animal husbandry and other disciplines.Plant extracts are abundant in bioactive compounds,including polyphenols,which exhibit various biological functions such as antibacterial,antioxidant,immune-regulating,and antitumor properties.This paper summarized the biological activities of plant extracts and their effects on the growth performance,egg quality,and meat quality of poultry.关键词
