基于RhoA/ROCK信号通路探讨中医药抗消化道肿瘤的研究进展
Research progress on traditional Chinese medicine's anti-gastrointestinal tumors based on RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway

Abstract
Gastrointestinal tumors are a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide,with increasing incidence and mortality rates and poor prospects in terms of their prevention and control.Current Western medicine treatments can inhibit tumor proliferation and alleviate clinical symptoms to some extent,but it still presents many challenges,including a high risk of postoperative recurrence and metastasis,significant adverse drug reactions,and frequent drug resistance,resulting in unsatisfactory overall efficacy.There is thus an urgent need to explore novel safe and effective treatment strategies.The Ras homolog family member A(RhoA)/Rho associated coiled coil-containing protein kinase(ROCK)signaling pathway plays a central regulatory role in the proliferation,differentiation,migration,and invasion of gastrointestinal tumor cells,and is deeply involved in tumor occurrence and development.It is accordingly considered an important target for anti-gastrointestinal tumor therapy.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),with synergistic effects involving multiple pathways and mechanisms,has demonstrated unique advantages in inhibiting postoperative tumor recurrence and metastasis,reducing adverse reactions to radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and improving patients' quality of life.TCM has accordingly become a key component of the comprehensive treatment system for gastrointestinal tumors.Research has shown that active ingredients in TCM,such as terpenes,alkaloids,flavonoids,polyphenols,quinones,and indoles,as well as compound formulas such as Fufang Banmao Jiaonang and Biejiajian Pills,can induce apoptosis of digestive tract tumor cells,inhibit epithelial-mesenchymal transition,block vascular mimicry formation,reverse tumor drug resistance,enhance the anti-tumor immune response,and block the cell cycle by intervening in the RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway and its upstream and downstream networks,thereby exerting clear anti-gastrointestinal tumor effects.This review comprehensively summarizes recent relevant research results concerning the use of TCM in the treatment of digestive tract tumors,focusing on its mechanism in regulating the RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway for the treatment of digestive tract tumors,to provide a reference and ideas for the development of new drugs for clinical anti-digestive tract tumors.关键词
