From Hard Coverage to Soft Connection:Emotional Governance and Identity Construction in Party Building Among New Employment Groups

Abstract
There exists a structural tension between the digital labor control of the platform econo-my and the organizational logic of traditional Party building.It is manifested in the contradiction between territorial management and cross-regional mobility in organizational coverage,the conflict between standardized organizational life and fragmented working hours in activity development,and the deviation between political absorption orientation and individual survival rationality in value guidance.As a flexible mechanism to bridge the divide,emotional governance absorption is not a single practice form,but an integrated flexible governance form covering identity construction and emotional connection.It alleviates algorithmic pressure through buffering mechanisms,weaves so-cial networks through bonding mechanisms,and reconstructs labor value through incentive mecha-nisms,so as to realize the transformation from emotional identity to political identity.Its dual function is to lubricate institutional rigidity with emotion and reshape value identity with a web of meaning.To promote the high-quality development of Party building among new employment groups,it is necessary to build a composite organizational system of"cloud+grid",achieve pre-cise matching between service supply and governance needs,and promote the rule coordination be-tween platform corporate social responsibility and Party building goals.关键词
