How Can Benchmark Experiences Be Transformed Into Grassroots Governance Effectiveness?

Abstract
Leveraging the localized implementation and hierarchical adaptation of benchmark experi-ences to enhance the quality and efficiency of grassroots governance has become a widely practiced and effective key approach in the modernization of grassroots governance across various regions.In the process of grassroots governance,the learning and transformation of benchmark experiences are realized through the hierarchical transmission of political potential energy and the experience identi-fication mechanism of policy adaptation,the experience absorption mechanism of knowledge inter-nalization and behavior change,the experience embedding mechanism of resource integration and subject collaboration,and the experience diffusion mechanism of innovation incentive and efficiency feedback.In the new era,to continuously deepen the transformation and application of benchmark experiences in grassroots governance,we should further strengthen political guidance,consolidate the political foundation of benchmark experience transformation,promote the cooperation of multi-ple subjects,activate the endogenous motivation of benchmark experience transformation,deepen the adaptation and transformation of localization,realize the accurate landing of experience,strengthen digital empowerment,and improve the level of wisdom in experience transformation.关键词
