摘要

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of modern dairy cow breeding technology and ongoing improvements in feeding management,the milk yield of dairy cows has increased gradually.However,high milk yield has led to the increasingly prominent problem of negative energy balance in perinatal dairy cows.Under conditions of negative energy balance,blood glucose concentration decreases,and the mobilization of body fat increases,resulting in a significant rise in ketone body levels,such as β-hydroxybutyric acid,thereby inducing subclinical or clinical ketosis.Ketosis reduces production performance,immune function,and reproduction,enhances susceptibility to secondary diseases such as mastitis and endometritis,and increases the mortality rate of dairy cows,it seriously restricts the high-quality development of dairy farming.Exploring the pathogenesis of ketosis,identifying its pathogenic factors,and establishing a comprehensive prevention and control system are essential for reducing the incidence of ketosis in perinatal dairy cows.This paper elaborates on the pathogenesis of ketosis,and summarizes research progress on pathogenic factors and preventive measures,providing theoretical references for improving dairy cow production performance and preventing ketosis.
