Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser in removing facial pigmented nevi and explore its influencing factors.Methods A total of 120 patients with facial pigmented nevi who received ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser treatment at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2023 to December 2025 were selected,and a total of 185 pigmented nevi were treated.The patients'clinical data were recorded,including age,gender,nevus location,diameter,color,and type.After treatment,the therapeutic effect(cure,marked effect,effective,ineffective)and complications were evaluated.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were used to analyze the related factors affecting the therapeutic effect.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 93.51%.Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the diameter,type,and location of pigmented nevi between the group with good therapeutic effect and the group with poor therapeutic effect(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that a diameter>3 mm,intradermal nevus,and location in the nasolabial fold area were independent risk factors for poor therapeutic effect(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall efficacy of ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser in removing facial pigmented nevi is satisfactory.However,larger diameter,intradermal nevi,and specific locations(such as the nasolabial fold)are independent risk factors that affect the efficacy,and should be given special attention during clinical treatment.关键词
