四关活血法针刺联合桃花灸治疗肝郁气滞兼血瘀型黄褐斑的疗效分析
Efficacy analysis of acupuncture with the SiGuan HuoXue Fa combined with Taohua Jiu in treating melasma of liver depression,Qi Stagnation with Blood Stasis Pattern

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture with the SiGuan HuoXue Fa combined with Taohua Jiuin treating melasma of li ver depression,qi stagnation with blood stasis pattern.Methods A total of 100 patients with hepatic depression,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of me lasma who visited Lingwu People's Hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group received Peach Blossom Moxibustion alone,while the observation group received acupuncture with the Four Gates blood-activating method combined with Peach Blossom Moxibustion.The treatment course lasted 8 weeks for both groups.Before and after intervention,the melasma area and severity index(MASI)score,melasma quality of life scale(MelasQoL),and TCM syndrome score scale were assessed.Clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were also compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.00%).Both groups showed improvement in MASI,MelasQoL,and TCM syndrome scores,with the observation group having significantly lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).At the 3-month follow-up after treatment,the recurrence rate in the observation group(6.3%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(19.5%).Conclusion Acupuncture with the SiGuan HuoXue Fa based on the theory of"Opening the Four Gates"combined with Peach Blossom Moxibustion is effective in eliminating or reducing facial pigmentation in melasma of liver depression,qi stagnation with blood stasis pattern.Moreover,it reduces the long-term recurrence risk through holistic regulation.It is a safe and effective treatment with high clinical application value.关键词
