Abstract
Platelet-rich plasma(PRP),as an emerging biological therapy,has garnered widespread attention in scar treatment in recent years,PRP is rich in various growth factors,which can effectively promote skin healing and regeneration,and improve scar appearance,PRP treatment can significantly reduce scar color,thickness,and hardness,making the scar more similar to normal skin,PRP is often combined with other treatment modalities such as microneedling and laser therapy to enhance efficacy,and generally has a good safety and tolerability profile.In recent years,basic research and clinical trials on PRP in scar treatment have gradually increased.Although positive results have been reported,more high-quality randomized controlled trials are still needed to further validate its application methods,exploring optimal treatment regimens for different scar types,and combining PRP with stem cell therapy to improve therapeutic outcomes.In conclusion,PRP holds great promise in scar treatment and warrants further in-depth research and exploration.关键词
