精制菖芩1号治疗痰瘀热结型重型创伤性脑损伤临床疗效观察
Clinical efficacy of refined Changqin No.1 decoction in treatment for severe traumatic brain injury with syndrome of phlegm-stasis-heat syndrome

Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the clinical efficacy and prognostic impact of refined Changqin No.1 decoction in patients with severe traumatic brain injury(TBI)of the phlegm-stasis-heat syndrome type.[Methods]A total of 70 severe TBI patients were enrolled and randomly assigned to either the Chinese medicine group(35 cases)or the control group(35 cases).The control group received standard Western medical treatment,while the Chinese medicine group was additionally administered refined Changqin No.1 decoction(one dose daily,divided into two nasogastric or oral administrations)for 14 consecutive days.Clinical effectiveness,prognosis[assessed by Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS)score],and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups at 1 month post-treatment.[Results]At 1 month post-treatment,the clinical effectiveness rate was 82.86%(29/35)in the Chinese medicine group and 57.14%(20/35)in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The GOS score in the Chinese medicine group(3.230±0.49)was significantly higher than that in the control group(2.97±0.45)(P<0.05).The incidence rates of liver dysfunction,renal dysfunction,and rash in the Chinese medicine group were 17.14%,8.57%,and 11.43%,respectively,compared with 11.43%,8.57%,and 5.71%in the control group,with no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Refined Changqin No.1 Decoction significantly improves clinical effectiveness and prognosis(GOS score)in severe TBI patients with phlegm-stasis-heat syndrome without increasing drug-related adverse reactions.关键词
