Abstract
In the current landscape where digital and intelligent technologies are reshaping medical education,there is an urgent need to leverage such technologies to advance the high-quality development of standardized residency training.The essence of digital and intelligent empowerment in medical education is to accelerate the development of new quality productivity.By reshaping the resi-dency training ecosystem,optimizing knowledge delivery models,and innovating skill-training para-digms,it offers solutions to ensure standardization and homogenization of training,strengthen clinical competency orientation,and support continuous system improvement.Therefore,deepening digital and intelligent empowerment for high-quality standardized residency training requires coordinated ef-forts in areas such as the curriculum resource system,training management platforms,multidimen-sional evaluation systems,faculty development,and continuous improvement mechanisms.Vigor-ously advancing top-level design and practical applications of digital and intelligent empowerment holds significant value for the future-oriented high-quality development of standardized residency train-ing,cultivating innovative medical talents,and supporting the"Healthy China"strategy.关键词
