Construction and practice exploration of"Medical Intelligent Data Analysis"curriculum system based on precision medicine needs

Abstract
Objective To construct the"Medical Intelligent Data Analysis"curriculum system adapting to the needs of precision medicine,addressing the problems in current courses such as the dis-connection between technology and clinical practice,weak ability in real data processing,and lack of core literacy assessment.Methods Core competency requirements were defined through visits to medical institutions and analysis of 155 precision medicine-related texts using medical natural language processing technology.A total of 160 postgraduates majoring in medical-related fields from Jinzhou Medical University were selected as research objects and divided into groups using a random number table method.Teaching practice was carried out from September 2024 to January 2025:the experimen-tal group(n=80)adopted a hybrid teaching model supported by a virtual simulation platform,while the control group(n=80)used traditional teaching.Multi-dimensional teaching evaluation was con-ducted through questionnaires,theoretical tests,practical assessments,and clinical report evalua-tions.Results The theoretical score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group[(81.90±6.50)vs(65.30±5.80),P<0.001].The rationality of multi-source data asso-ciation increased by 32.15%(89.10%vs 56.95%,P<0.001),the time consumed for clinical problem transformation decreased by 47.92%[(25.00±4.20)min vs(48.00±6.10)min,P<0.001],and the proportion of directly adopted clinical reports increased by 27.07%(42.20%vs 15.13%,P<0.001).Conclusion The constructed curriculum system effectively enhances students'abilities in multi-source data integration,clinical application of intelligent models,and clinical transformation,and has practical value for promoting the training of precision medicine talents.In the future,it is necessary to further strengthen the content of genetic data analysis and the construction of interdisciplinary faculty.关键词
