限制性马拉色菌肺炎1例
Malassezia restricta pneumonia diagnosed by next-generation sequencing:a case report
摘要
Abstract
Report a case of Malassezia restricta pneumonia diagnosed based on next-generation sequencing,and reviews the literature to explore the clinical manifestations,imaging features,treatment and prognosis of Malassezia restricta pneumonia.The patient,a 36-year-old male driver,was admitted due to intermittent fever.Chest CT showed multiple nodular opacities and consolidation in both lungs,with partial confluence into patches.Electronic bronchoscopic lavage was performed,and metagenomic next-generation sequencing confirmed the diagnosis of Malassezia restricta pneumonia.After treatment with fluconazole injection,the symptoms were improved.Follow-up chest CT at 3 months revealed complete resolution of the lesions.M.restricta pneumonia is rare in clinic,metagenomic next-generation sequencing may increase the diagnostic positive rate,and clinical attention should be paid to whether there are associated skin diseases.关键词
