活血类中药联合针灸治疗冠心病心绞痛安全性与有效性的Meta分析
Safety and Efficacy of Blood-Activating Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease:A Meta-analysis

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of blood-activating and stasis-resolv-ing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with acupuncture in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)published from inception to August 2025 in both Chinese and English databases were retrieved.The risk of bias was assessed using the Cochrane RoB 2.0 tool,and meta-analysis was performed with RevMan 5.4 software.The primary outcome was the total clinical effec-tive rate,and secondary outcomes included angina pectoris symptoms,cardiac function,blood lipid,hemorheologi-cal indexes,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions.Results:A total of 18 RCTs involving 1 822 patients were included.Combined treatment significantly improved the total clinical effective rate[OR=4.05,95％CI(3.48,7.33),P＜0.000 01],relieved angina pectoris symptoms,enhanced cardiac function and hemorheological status,op-timized blood lipid profile(P＜0.000 1 or P＜0.000 01),and reduced inflammatory factor levels.The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group[OR=0.47,95％CI(0.21,1.03),P=0.06].Conclusion:Blood-activating and stasis-resolving TCM combined with acupuncture improves angina pectoris of CHD in multi-ple dimensions,with better efficacy to conventional western medicine and favorable safety profile.关键词
