增液承气汤加减对脓毒症急性肠功能障碍患者炎症因子、肠屏障功能及肠道菌群的影响
Effects of Modified Zengye Chengqi Decoction on Inflammatory Factors,Intestinal Barrier Function and Intestinal Flora in Patients with Acute Intestinal Dysfunction Secondary to Sepsis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Modified Zengye Chengqi Decoction on inflammatory factors,in-testinal barrier function and intestinal flora in patients with acute intestinal dysfunction secondary to sepsis.Meth-ods:A total of 122 patients were divided into the control group(conventional western medicine treatment)and ob-servation group(conventional western medicine combined with Modified Zengye Chengqi Decoction),with 61 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,inflammatory factors,in-testinal barrier function,intestinal flora,immune function and treatment safety were evaluated in both groups.Re-sults:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.80％,which was higher than 77.05％of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)and interleukin-1 β(IL-1 β)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of D-lactic acid(D-L),diamine oxidase(DAO)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the distribution of intestinal flora in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,all indexes of immune function in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zengye Chengqi Decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on acute intestinal dysfunc-tion secondary to sepsis.It can relieve main TCM syndromes,inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors,im-prove intestinal barrier function,regulate intestinal microecological balance and enhance immune function with good safety.关键词
