刺络拔罐治疗急性期肩关节周围炎(肩痹)的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Pricking and Cupping in the Treatment of Acute Periarthritis of Shoulder(Syndrome of Shoulder Bi)

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of pricking and cupping in the treatment of acute periar-thritis of shoulder(syndrome of shoulder bi).Methods:A total of 84 patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group was additionally treated with pricking and cupping on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Constant-Murley shoulder function score,shoulder range of motion(ROM),improve-ment of inflammatory factors and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effec-tive rate of the observation group was 95.24％,which was significantly higher than 80.95％of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,VAS score,Constant-Murley score,shoulder ROM,interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in both groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P＜0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was more obvious(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Pricking and cupping for acute periarthritis of shoulder can improve clinical efficacy,relieve pain,promote the recovery of shoulder joint function,improve shoulder ROM,alleviate inflammatory response and reduce recurrence rate.关键词
