解毒祛瘀片联合伤科黄水外敷治疗下肢蜂窝织炎的临床观察
Clinical Study of Jiedu Quyu Tablets Combined with External Application of Shangke Huangshui in the Treatment of Lower Extremity Cellulitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiedu Quyu Tablets combined with external application of Shangke Huangshui in the treatment of lower extremity cellulitis.Methods:A total of 46 patients with lower ex-tremity cellulitis were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 23 cases in each group.Both groups were given oral anti-infective drugs.On this basis,the observation group was additionally treated with Jiedu Quyu Tablets and external application of Shangke Huangshui,while the control group was treated with external application of 0.9％sodium chloride injection.The treatment course for both groups was 8 days.The limb swelling subsidence,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,changes of inflammatory indicators before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy was evaluat-ed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65％,which was higher than 73.91％of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the pain relief and swelling reduction in the observation group were signif-icantly better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,white blood cell count and C-reactive pro-tein count in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was significantly more obvious than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Jiedu Quyu Tablets combined with external application of Shangke Huangshui has significant efficacy in the treatment of lower extremity cellulitis,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,significantly reduce inflammatory re-sponse,relieve local pain and swelling,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
