Research Progress of Chinese Materia Medica Regulating Wnt/β-catenin Signaling Pathway in the Treatment of Precancerous Lesions of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis
摘要
Abstract
Gastric cancer ranks among the highest in both incidence and mortality rates globally.Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with precancerous lesions represents a critical intermediate stage in gastric carcinogenesis.Current primary treatment strategies,including Helicobacter pylori eradication,endoscopic therapy,and chemoprevention,are confronted with challenges such as limited efficacy,low rates of lesion reversal,and high recurrence.Chinese materia medica has demonstrated unique advantages in preventing and treating CAG precancerous lesions,characterized by its multi-target and holistic regulatory effects.Its mechanism is closely associated with the modulation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.This article systematically reviewed the mechanisms of TCM intervention in CAG precancerous lesions from active components of Chinese materia medica and TCM compounds via the Wnt/β-catenin pathway,with the purposes to provide references for study on the pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of CAG,search for potential therapeutic targets and drug development.关键词
