表面改性玻纤滤纸在高温液压系统中的过滤稳定性研究
Study on the Filtration Stability of Surface-modified Glass Fiber Filter Paper in High-temperature Hydraulic Systems

Abstract
In this study,glass fibers were surface-modified with γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550)and γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysi-lane(KH560),and acrylic resin-reinforced glass fiber filter papers were prepared.The basic properties,pore structure,and filtration perfor-mance of different filter papers before and after high-temperature aging were comparatively analyzed to investigate the effect of silane cou-pling agent modification on the filtration stability of the filter papers.The results showed that after high-temperature aging,the overall fiber network structures of the three filter papers remained intact,with only slight changes in thickness and air permeability.Compared with the blank sample and the KH550-modified filter paper,the KH560-modified filter paper exhibited the highest tensile strength after high-tempera-ture aging(1.49 kN/m),as well as smaller mean and maximum pore sizes.In terms of filtration performance,the average filtration ratio reten-tion of the KH560-modified filter paper after high-temperature aging exceeded 89%,which was higher than that of the blank sample(over 74%).Moreover,it showed the lowest attenuation of filtration ratio with increasing pressure differential.Meanwhile,the KH560-modified fil-ter paper took a longer time to reach the same terminal differential pressure,indicating a longer service life.关键词
