碳纤维浆料在流浆箱内的流动行为优化研究
Study on Optimization of Flow Behavior of Carbon Fiber Pulp in Headbox Systems

Abstract
In this study,the Fluent software was used to perform three-dimensional numerical simulations of the carbon fiber pulp flow inside the headbox during the wet-forming process of carbon paper production,and the effects of headbox inclination angle(7.5° to 45°)and inlet flow velocity(1 to 6 m/s)on pulp flow velocity,component uniformity,and turbulent kinetic energy were systematically analyzed,aiming to optimize the flow characteristics of the carbon fiber pulp to improve the uniformity of the carbon paper.The results showed that as the inclina-tion angle increased,both turbulence intensity and turbulence scale increased,and fiber flocculation was alleviated.Higher inlet flow veloc-ity enhanced turbulence intensity and promoted uniform fiber dispersion,but it also led to a decrease in outlet stability.Based on the com-prehensive analysis of the simulation results,the optimal operating conditions for the carbon fiber pulp in the headbox were found to be an in-clination angle of 30° and an inlet flow velocity of 3 m/s.关键词
