外淋巴瘘诊治的研究进展
Research progress on diagnosis and treatment of perilymphatic fistula
摘要
Abstract
Perilymphatic fistula(PLF)is an abnormal channel between the inner ear and adjacent spaces(most commonly the middle ear or mastoid cavity),mostly caused by trauma,iatrogenic injury or congenital anatomical abnormalities.Its main clinical manifestations are vertigo and hearing loss.Due to its similarity in symptoms with other inner ear disorders,clinicians should remain vigilant to avoid misdiagnosis or underdiagnosis of PLF,as delayed treatment may lead to worsened vertigo and permanent hearing loss.This article provides a systematic review of etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnostic approaches and treatment strategies of PLF,aiming to improve its clinical diagnostic and therapeutic outcomes.关键词
