甘肃省林果产业高质量发展面临的问题及建议
Issues and strategies for high-quality development of Gansu's forestry and fruit industry
摘要
Abstract
This paper aims to promote the high-quality development of Gansu's forestry and fruit industry by analyzing its current situation,existing problems,and proposing targeted development ideas and suggestions.As a major northern fruit-producing province in China,Gansu boasts a rich variety of fruit crops,large planting scales,a regionalized production pattern,and distinctive cultivation models,with significant output value.However,the industry currently faces multiple bottlenecks:slow progress in breeding new germplasm and varieties,constrained by talent shortages,insufficient investment,and inadequate rights protection mechanisms;lagging development of labor-saving cultivation technologies and orchard circular production models;and the need to improve green pest control,fruit preservation,and by-product processing technologies.To address these issues,it is necessary to adhere to a green,efficient,intensive,and safe development path.Measures include optimizing industrial layout,adjusting variety structure,enhancing modernization and intelligence levels,developing preservation,cold chain,and processing industries,cultivating leading enterprises,strengthening brand building,promoting online-offline integration and industrial collaboration,and improving disaster prevention,mitigation,and technical training.These efforts will build an integrated innovation ecosystem and high-quality development system.The innovation of this paper lies in systematically sorting out problems across the entire industrial chain and proposing comprehensive solutions covering germplasm innovation,technological upgrading,model optimization,industrial chain extension,and brand value enhancement,providing a practical path for the sustainable development of Gansu's forestry and fruit industry.关键词
