Innovation performance of external rural tourism enterprises and high-quality rural development
摘要
Abstract
This study aims to explore the impact of innovation performance of external rural tourism enterprises on high-quality rural development based on questionnaire surveys conducted in case sites of the"Xiangban Group"in Jiangsu,Shanghai,Zhejiang,and Sichuan.Empirical analysis was employed to examine the intrinsic relationship.The results indicate that:(1)The innovation performance of external rural tourism enterprises significantly promotes high-quality rural development,particularly in the dimensions of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,local custom civilization,effective governance,and affluent living;(2)Exploratory innovation shows no significant correlation with cultural high-quality development,probably due to the constraints from cultural property rights protection as well as the short-term nature of such innovations;(3)Exploitative innovation enhances industrial efficiency but fails to contribute to the technological advancement and innovation-driven economic scaling required for industrial high-quality development;(4)Innovation performance plays a mediating role in the innovation of external rural tourism enterprises and the high-quality development of rural areas.The findings suggest that the innovation performance of external enterprises serves as a critical pathway for achieving rural high-quality development.It is recommended that local governments focus on the innovativeness and performance of enterprises in investment promotion,promote the implementation of the"investment-attraction for wisdom-creation"strategy,and strengthen dynamic collaborative management to form a synergistic force for high-quality development.关键词
