齐刺法联合脐针治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折术后残余腰背痛的临床研究
Clinical Study on Triple Needling Combined with Umbilical Acupuncture for Residual Low Back Pain after Percutaneous Vertebroplasty in Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of triple needling combined with umbilical acupuncture in treatment of residual low back pain after osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods:A total of 60 patients with residual low back pain after OVCF surgery were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.All patients underwent surgical treatment.Postoperatively,the control group received basic anti-osteoporosis therapy;on which basis,the study group was also treated with triple needling combined with umbilical acupuncture.Clinical efficacy,VAS score,ODI score,bone mineral density T value,TCM symptom scores,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical total effective rate was 90.00％(27/30)in the study group,which was higher than 66.66％(20/30)in the control group(P＜0.05).The bone mineral density T value increased,the scores of VAS,ODI,and TCM symptoms decreased in both groups after the treatment(P＜0.05),with greater improvements observed in the study group compared with the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group;however,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treatment for residual low back pain after OVCF surgery,triple needling combined with umbilical acupuncture demonstrates superior efficacy compared with basic treatment.It can effectively reduce pain intensity,improve bone mineral density,and alleviate related complications.关键词
