针刺调控铁死亡干预帕金森病的研究进展
Research Progress on Acupuncture Intervention in PD via Regulation of Ferroptosis
摘要
Abstract
Ferroptosis is one of the pathogenic mechanisms underlying Parkinson's disease(PD)and plays a critical role in its onset and progression.Its pathological process involves disordered iron metabolism,oxidative stress,and mitochondrial dysfunction.In addition,ferroptosis may exacerbate the pathological aggregation ofα-synuclein and interact with neuroinflammation,thereby further aggravating the pathological progression of PD.Recent studies have shown that acupuncture may regulate ferroptosis by modulating iron metabolism,alleviating oxidative stress,promoting mitochondrial repair,improving neuroinflammation,and regulating ferroptosis-related signaling pathways,thereby protecting dopaminergic neurons and contributing to the prevention and treatment of PD.Therefore,this study reviews the relevant domestic and international literature and analyzes the effects and mechanisms of acupuncture intervention in PD from the perspective of ferroptosis,with the aim of providing references for future clinical and experimental research.关键词
