电针治疗膀胱过度活动症的机制研究进展
Research Progress on EA Mechanism in Treating OAB
摘要
Abstract
The onset of overactive bladder(OAB)is closely associated with central regulatory dysfunction,peripheral nerve sensitization,and detrusor muscle dysfunction.Evidence suggests that electro-acupuncture(EA)can improve bladder sensory function and inhibit abnormal contractions by regulating the pontine micturition center and higher brain regions,suppressing the activity of C-fiber afferent pathways,and modulating autonomic nervous system balance as well as neurotransmitter release,including serotonin(5-HT),nitric oxide(NO),and adenosine triphosphate(ATP).In addition,EA may regulate ion channels in detrusor smooth muscle and exert anti-inflammatory effects.Current studies,however,mainly focus on single mechanisms,and understanding of multi-level network integration and optimal stimulation parameters remains limited.Future research should integrate neuroimaging and multi-omics approaches to further elucidate the multi-target regulatory mechanisms of EA and promote its precise clinical application.关键词
