Abstract
Sepsis-associated abdominal distension and fullness disease is a common complication in critically ill patients,frequently presenting with abdominal distension,abdominal pain,impaired passage of flatus and stool,feeding intolerance,and intestinal barrier dysfunction.It is closely associated with prolonged mechani-cal ventilation,increased length of intensive care unit stay,and elevated mortality.At present,standardized guidance remains lacking regarding the definition,assessment indicators,monitoring pathways,and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment strategies for this condition.To improve clinical recogni-tion and diagnostic and therapeutic consistency,this consensus organized relevant provincial experts to sys-tematically retrieve domestic and international literature based on the PICO principle,evaluate the quality of evidence and strength of recommendations using the GRADE approach,and formulate recommendations through expert discussion.This consensus focuses on three major domains,including disease definition,clini-cal assessment,and treatment strategies,and provides explicit recommendations for key clinical questions,aiming to guide the standardized diagnosis and treatment of sepsis-associated abdominal distension and full-ness disease.关键词
