Construction of Nafion-AuNPs modified carbon fiber microelectrode and application in detection of fisetin

Abstract
Nafion-AuNPs/CFME composite electrochemical sensor was constructed by using Nafion and gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)as modified materials for carbon fiber electrode(CFME),which established a rapid and simple electrochemical analysis method for the detection of fisetin.The morphology of the modified electrode was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the detection conditions of fisetin were optimized.The electrochemical properties and electrochemical reaction process of fisetin at the modified electrode were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),differential pulse method(DPV)and potentiostatic deposition method(CV).The results showed that under the optimal experimental conditions(pH 3.0,sweeping speed v=100 mV/s),the linear response range of fisetin were 0.01~0.10 μmol/L and 0.10~10 μmol/L,the detection limit(LOD,S/N=3)was 0.006 μmol/L,and the quantification limit(LOQ,S/N=10)was 0.020 μmol/L.The content of fisetin in the leaves of Cotinus coggygria var.pubescens Engl.was measured to be 1.173%using the modified electrode,with a spiked recovery rate ranging from 97.61%to 99.22%(RSD<5.0%).The construction of the modified electrode provides a rapid,stable and accurate detection method for the quantitative detection of fisetin,which is expected to be widely applied in the component analysis of small molecule compounds of Chinese herbal medicine.关键词
