中药熏蒸联合循经穴位按摩治疗跟骨骨折术前肿胀的临床研究
Clinical study on the treatment of preoperative swelling in calcaneal fractures with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint massage

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of preoperative swelling of calcaneal fractures.Methods Sixty patients with calcaneal fractures admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from January 2023 to July 2024 were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mannitol+limb elevation+ice application for swelling reduction,while observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint massage on the basis of control group.The skin wrinkle reappearance time,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,popliteal venous flow velocity,and ankle-heel-ankle circumference differences were compared between two groups.Results The skin wrinkle reappearance time in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group[(4.20±0.48)d vs.(6.37±0.89)d,F=137.206,P<0.001].On the 1st,3rd and 5th days after treatment,the VAS scores of patients in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and popliteal venous flow velocity were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).On the 3rd and 5th days after treatment,ankle-heel-ankle circumference differences of patients in observation group were significantly smaller than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint massage can shorten the skin wrinkle reappearance time in patients with calcaneal fractures before surgery,relieve pain,accelerate the blood flow velocity of popliteal vein,and has high clinical application value in promoting preoperative swelling reduction in patients.关键词
