生物反馈治疗在功能性排便障碍患者中的疗效评估
Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect of Biofeedback Therapy in Patients with Functional Defecation Disorders

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of biofeedback therapy on patients with functional defecation disorders.Method:A total of 51 patients diagnosed with functional defecation disorders,who received treatment in Loudi Central Hospital and Huadu District People's Hospital of Guangzhou from January 2023 to July 2025,were enrolled in this study.By means of a random number table,these patients were randomly assigned to two groups:the control group(25 cases)treated with lactulose,and the observation group(26 cases)treated with biofeedback therapy.The clinical effectiveness,constipation scores,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the overall clinical efficacy rate in the observation group was markedly higher compared with the control group.Meanwhile,the scores of the Patient Assessment of Constipation-Symptoms(PAC-SYM)and the Chinese-version Patient Assessment of Constipation-Quality of Life(PAC-QOL)in the observation group decreased significantly,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biofeedback therapy exerts significant therapeutic effect on functional defecation disorders.It can effectively improve abnormal defecation patterns,stool form,and abdominal discomfort symptoms,thus promoting the quality of life of patients.关键词
