Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological intervention combined with health education on negative emotions in patients with repeated implantation failure.Method:A total of 124 patients with repeated embryo implantation failure from the Reproductive Medicine Center of the 73rd Army Group Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as study subjects.Patients were randomly divided into two groups:60 in the control group receiving routine treatment and care;64 in the experimental group receiving psychological intervention combined with health education nursing in addition to routine treatment.Negative emotions and re-implantation clinical pregnancy rates were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group after the intervention.After the intervention,the scores of the Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),the Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS),and the clinical pregnancy rate of re-transplantation in the experimental group were significantly improved,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention combined with health education can effectively alleviate patients'negative emotions,enhance their psychological resilience and treatment confidence,and improve re-implantation clinical pregnancy rates.关键词
