Research Progress on the Role and Mechanisms of the IL-22/STAT3 Signaling Pathway in the Repair of Intestinal Mucosal Injury

Abstract
Intestinal mucosal injury is a common pathological manifestation of various intestinal disorders.Its occurrence can lead to increased permeability,bacterial translocation,and exacerbation of the disease.IL-22 is an important immunomodulatory factor that activates the STAT3 signaling pathway and plays a significant role in promoting the proliferation and differentiation of intestinal epithelial cells,inhibiting apoptosis,and maintaining intestinal barrier integrity.Although studies have indicated the involvement of the IL-22/STAT3 pathway in intestinal mucosal repair,the specific molecular mechanisms and complex signaling regulatory networks remain largely unclear.The study aims to systematically review recent research advances regarding this signaling pathway in intestinal mucosal repair,with a focus on its mechanisms in regulating cell proliferation,inflammatory responses,and maintaining barrier function.The goal is to provide theoretical references and potential therapeutic targets for the precise treatment of intestinal diseases and to promote further clinical research in this field.关键词
