刮板输送机链条故障仿真研究现状及展望
Current status and development of chain fault simulation research for scraper conveyors
摘要
Abstract
The scraper conveyor is the main transportation equipment in underground coal mines.Due to the complex underground environment,its chain is prone to jamming and breakage faults.This paper first analyzes the main factors causing the faults,and then reviews the simulation research methods adopted by domestic and international scholars for these two types of faults,including dynamic simulation,mathematical model solving,and coupled discrete element-multibody dynamics analysis.Research shows that when a fault occurs,the chain drive system exhibits severe dynamic responses,characterized by sharp fluctuations in parameters such as the contact force of chain links,sprocket torque,and motor current.Current research is largely limited to the simulation level,while in actual production,faults still seriously affect safety and efficiency.With the development of intelligent technologies,multi-source information fusion technology is gradually being applied to the condition monitoring of scraper conveyors.In the future,it is expected to achieve early warning and intelligent control of scraper conveyor faults.关键词
