高温炉渣气固换热过程的数值模拟与参数分析
Numerical simulation and parametric analysis of gas-solid heat transfer in high-temperature slag

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of insufficient hot-air outlet temperature,incomplete slag cooling,and unclear operating parameters during the dry cooling process of slag in a vertical cooling kiln,the variation of slag specific heat capacity with temperature was experimentally determined.A one-dimensional steady-state mathematical model for countercurrent heat transfer between slag and gas in the vertical cooling kiln was established.The model was numerically solved using piecewise discretization and the bisection iteration method to obtain the temperature distributions of gas and slag along the bed height,together with characteristic parameters such as gas outlet temperature,slag outlet temperature,and heat transfer efficiency.Furthermore,the effects of gas inlet velocity,gas inlet temperature,and slag inlet temperature on heat transfer performance were analyzed.The operating conditions were optimized under the dual constraints of gas outlet temperature and slag outlet temperature.The results show that gas inlet velocity and gas inlet temperature have more significant effects on heat transfer performance.Six typical operating conditions satisfying the requirements were obtained.Among them,when the gas velocity was 8 m/s,the slag inlet temperature was 1 000℃,and the gas inlet temperature was 140℃,the overall performance was relatively optimal,corresponding to a gas outlet temperature of approximately 403℃,a slag outlet temperature of about 148℃,and a heat transfer efficiency of about 0.99.The established model can effectively predict the gas-slag heat transfer characteristics in the vertical cooling kiln,providing a theoretical basis for the operation parameter matching and engineering optimization of the waste heat recovery system in vertical cooling kilns.关键词
