穴位按摩联合揿针疗法在脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者康复护理中的应用研究
Application of acupoint massage combined with thumbtack needle therapy in the rehabilitation nursing of patients with post-stroke dysphagia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of acupoint massage combined with thumbtack needle therapy on patients with post-stroke dysphagia.Methods A total of 110 patients with post-stroke dysphagia treated at Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital from July 2023 to June 2025 were enrolled and assigned to two groups of 55 patients each using a random number table.The control group received conventional rehabilitation methods,while the observation group received acupoint massage combined with thumbtack needle therapy in addition to the conventional methods.Swallowing function,quality of life,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 and 4 weeks of intervention,the observation group showed lower scores on normal diet,water swallowing test,and clinical examinations,shorter swallowing time and greater maximum amplitude measured by surface electromyography,and higher scores on Functional Oral Intake Scale and Swallowing Quality of Life Questionnaire compared with the control group(P<0.05).Both groups improved significantly compared with those before intervention(P<0.05).Additionally,both groups showed further improvement at 4 weeks post-intervention compared with 2 weeks post-intervention(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with thumbtack needle therapy can effectively improve the swallowing function of stroke patients,alleviate the severity of dysphagia,lower the incidence of complications such as aspiration,and enhance the quality of life.关键词
