小儿推拿联合靳三针疗法在抽动障碍患儿诊疗及护理中的应用效果
Application effect of pediatric massage combined with Jin's three-needle therapy in the diagnosis,treatment,and nursing of children with tic disorders

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of pediatric massage combined with Jin's three-needle therapy in the diagnosis,treatment,and nursing of children with tic disorders(TD).Methods A total of 90 children with TD admitted to Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were assigned into an observation group and a control group by the use of a random number table,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups received oral medication.The control group received routine nursing on the basis of medication,while the observation group received pediatric massage combined with Jin's three-needle therapy in addition to the care provided to the control group.Both groups were intervened for 3 months.Clinical efficacy and family satisfaction after 3 months of intervention,as well as the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)score and the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory 4.0(PedsQL4.0)score before and after intervention,were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total effective rate and a higher total family nursing satisfaction rate after 3 months of intervention(P<0.05).After 2 and 3 months of intervention,the YGTSS scores(tic severity,impairment score,and total score)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the PedsQL4.0 scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores in both groups were also better than those before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric massage combined with Jin's three-needle therapy can help improve the nursing effect of children with TD,alleviate symptoms,and enhance quality of life.关键词
