Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of systematic rehabilitation training combined with clinical basic nursing on the pain intensity of patients undergoing arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from August 2021 to December 2023 were selected and allocated into a control group and an observation group by the use of a random number table,each comprising 35 patients.The control group received clinical basic nursing,while the observation group received clinical basic nursing combined with systematic rehabilitation training.The Constant-Murley score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 and 3 months of intervention,the Constant-Murley scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the VAS scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed improvements compared with pre-intervention levels(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic rehabilitation training combined with clinical basic nursing can improve shoulder joint function,reduce postoperative pain,and reduce the incidence of complications in patients undergoing arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.关键词
