基于Pender健康促进模式的手术室护理在行妇科宫腔镜手术患者中的应用
Application of operating room nursing based on Pender's health promotion model in patients undergoing gynecological hysteroscopic surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of operating room nursing based on Pender's health promotion model in patients undergoing gynecological hysteroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 103 patients scheduled for elective hysteroscopic surgery in the Gynecology Department of Suzhou Municipal Hospital Shantang Branch from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an intervention group(n=52)and a control group(n=51)using a random number table.The intervention group received operating room nursing based on Pender's health promotion model in addition to routine nursing,while the control group received routine operating room nursing.The self-care ability,perioperative health behavior compliance(early ambulation,effective ankle pump exercises,and compliance with postoperative diet transition),and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The score of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)of the intervention group at discharge was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and both groups showed higher scores than those before surgery(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the intervention group in key rehabilitation behaviors after surgery was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the follow-up period from admission to 6 months post-discharge,the overall incidence of postoperative complications of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing care based on the Pender's health promotion model can effectively improve self-care ability and rehabilitation behavior compliance of patients undergoing gynecological hysteroscopic surgery,and has a significant effect on reducing complications.关键词
